Why we started VirexNode
VirexNode exists because we were on the other side of it first. As customers, we kept running into the same things: support that took days to reply and then closed the ticket without fixing anything, ageing hardware quietly left in service long past its best, and servers packed with so many accounts that a busy afternoon on someone else’s website was enough to slow ours down.
On top of that came the restrictions. Limits that were never mentioned at signup, resources throttled without warning, and basic things locked away or moved behind an upgrade. None of it was catastrophic on its own, but together it made hosting feel like something you had to work around rather than rely on. We got tired of planning around our host, so we built the one we actually wanted to use.
That means real hardware with headroom to spare, sensible limits we are happy to explain, and support handled by people who can read the logs and fix the cause. We would rather run fewer websites properly than fill every server to the edge and hope nobody notices.
